The Elijah School Staff
The Elijah School is blessed to have a team of teachers and staff who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our teachers and staff along with their qualifications for ministry.

7th Grade Teacher
We are excited about adding 7th grade and doing it with a teacher that is very capable of communicating with this age group of students who are searching to find their identity and where they fit into society.
We will reveal this new member of our staff at the beginning of the school year 2026 - 2027
Toni Harris
5th Grade Teacher
Ms. Harris was surprised when asked her to join our staff as a result of us seeing the gifting God has given her, her ability to communicate effectively with students, and the intimacy she has developed in her relationship with God. She has become a blessing as part of our team to disciple the next generation. She is careful to not only teach academics, but to teach life skills, and relationship skills especially in helping develop student's relationship with God.
Janice Beck
6th Grade Teacher
After many years of teaching in the private sector, we are honored that Ms. Beck has joined out team to disciple this next generation of students. Ms. Beck is innovative in her teaching and her gift of teaching shines through brightly as does her love for God and he willingness to serve Him in whatever capacity she is asked.
Josaphat Saint Fleur
4th Grade Teacher
Mr. Josaphat came to us after many years in the public school system because he wanted to make a difference in the lives of student for eternity. Having seen God's hand upon him, his love for God and God's gift of teaching to him, we are proud that Mr. Josaphat is part of our team discipling the next generation, teaching them not only academics, but to love God with all their heart.
Brianna McIntosh
3rd Grade Teacher
Ms. McIntosh came to us from the public school system with the recommendation from her principal as being on of her best staff. We saw God gave Ms. McIntosh a gift of teaching and that because of her love for God, she was also an effective communicator with student. We are proud to have Ms. McIntosh as part of our team discipling the next generation and teaching them to love God with all their heart.
Jack "Adam" Hosterman
Kindergarten Teacer
Mr. Hosterman worked for varies ministries of Shores Assembly of God, including being one of our tutorers and the In School Suspension Teacher. We saw that God gifted him with the gift of teaching and organization, so when the kindergarten teacher retired, Mr. Hosterman was asked if he would like to be the new kindergarten teacher. e replied that God had put in his heart many years before that he would be teaching kindergarten some day. His understanding of how to communicate with young students enable him to be very successful in teaching 5 year olds.
Abigail Frady
Receptionist
Ms Frady come to us in 2025 and is the first person you meet when entering campus. She has a lot of responsibilities not only for The Elijah School, but she is also the receptionist and secretary for Kids Prep Academy, our preschool. The responsibilities for both ministries can be overwhelming but she is learning the position. She follows a person who was in that position for more than 10 years.
Richard Truman
Second Grade Teacher
Mr Truman first joined the maintenance staff of Shores Assembly, and because of his gifting in administration and teaching, he was soon promoted to first work in the Extended Care Program and then for 7 years, he lead that program. Seeing His effectiveness in teaching and tutoring, He was asked and accepted the position of second grade teacher in 2021. Mr. Truman's students have consistently score very well on the Sanford 10 Assessment.
Monica Blick
First Grade Teacher
Mrs, Blick joined TES in 2020 as our first-grade teacher. She has taught in Private Schools in Virginia well as having taught in Egypt. Mrs. Blick not only was a military child with the opportunity to travel all over the world, but she also served our country in te military.
John Delcamp
Administrator and Principal
John not only has gifts of teaching, administration, and leadership but has a BA in Bible with a minor in English, MA in Leadership. He has been part of both private and public schools in positions of coaching, tutoring, administration and more. He has been on the boards of the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County and The Marion County Children's Alliance. He is a visionary and always has the student's best at heart.
