Pastor asked Shelley to join the ministry team of Connect Church after he saw her ability to lead and be an administrator.  He has slowing added more and more responsibilities to her portfolio and she has handled every responsibility with excellence.  She now leads the Extended Care program, leads chapel twice a week for The Elija School and does almost all the paperwork for the Nation School Lunch Program and the Summer Feeding Programs.  She has also become our liaison for te Summer Feeding Program and our trainer.  On top of all of that she leads our praise team and our Sunday Morning Worship.

She has two daughters and one granddaughter.

John Delcamp was appointed to serve as Connect Church's Senior Pastor May 3, 2003. Prior to that, he served as Leader of a Music Evangelistic Team

The attributes that best describe Pastor John as a pastor are strong teaching and preaching, leadership development and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Connect Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ.  Pastor John takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending as much available time preparing for the ministry of the word as possible.

He graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, Mo. in 1975 with a degree in Bible, and graduated from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2008 with a Master's degree in Church Leadership.

Pastor John has been happily married for 50 years to his wife, Sheryl. They have 2 boys, David and Jonathan who are married and each have 2 children of their own.
